The Security Leaders Summit Boston will be held on September 14, 2017 at the Westin Copley Place Hotel. Room Rate and How To Book

Executive Alliance has negotiated a discounted group rate of $359/night for Traditional Rooms or $399 for Deluxe Riverview Rooms for September 13-15, 2017 at The Westin Copley Place.  The hotel cancellation policy for the special is rate is 72 hours in advance. Due to the limited space and height restrictions of our parking facility, oversized vehicles will be charged $70 per night and oversized parking is at a first come first serve basis with a maximum of 3 spaces. Any vehicle exceeding a height of 6’1 and/or exceeding 18′ in length is considered oversized. Also, due to limited spaces valet parking for regular size vehicles is on a first come first serve basis as well. We do not have self-parking options on property as we are valet parking only. All overnight guests will be charged $56.00 each night of their stay. Guests have unlimited in and out privileges throughout their stay and have until 2pm on day of check-out before additional fees are applied. Those additional fees will be the hourly rate listed above.

From Logan Airport

From airport terminal take a Massport shuttle bus to the Airport subway station. Take an inbound Blue Line train to State Street Change at State Street for the Orange Line. Take any Orange Line train to Back Bay station. Exit Back Bay station to Boylston Street. Make a right onto Dartmouth Street; the hotel will be on the left. The fare is $2.65.

OR

From airport terminal take any Silver Line bus to South Station. Change at South Station for the Red Line. Take an Alewife bound Red line train to Park Street. Change at Park Street for the Green Line. Take any Green Line train to Copley Station. Exit Copley station to Boylston Street. Make a right onto Dartmouth Street. Turn right onto MA-9 W; the hotel will be on the right. The fare is $2.65.

To Logan Airport
From airport terminal take a Massport Back Bay Logan express shuttle bus to Back Bay. The shuttle picks up from all terminals and drops off in Copley Square/St. James Avenue across the street from the hotel. The fare is $7.50 or free with valid MBTA pass.

Uber
Beginning February 1, 2017, SPG members will earn Starpoints in the following ways after they link their accounts and have one qualified stay:

While staying at a SPG Hotel: Members will earn two Starpoints per US$1 spent with Uber.
When not in-stay, members will earn one Starpoint per US$2 spent with Uber.

Subway
The closest subway stations are Copley Station (on the Green Line) and Back Bay (on the Orange Line). Both stations are within 1 block of the hotel. The MBTA begins service daily from 6:00 AM – 1:00 AM. The schedule varies based on line, day of week, and reliablility of the train schedule. The cost is $2.65 per ride.

Green Transportation
Green Transportation is available through Lifestyle Transportation International (LTI) and Boston Cabs. Both transportation companies offer hybrid and Flex-Fuel vehicles in their fleet.
From Boston Train Stations

Back Bay Station
